Very friendly staff and excellent food. Prices are reasonable.

Good service and good food, priced a little higher than expected. But the service, the atmosphere and the food are really good. I can only recommend it.

After visiting the monastery, we stopped in this hotel-restaurant and received a very friendly welcome. Although it was very full at lunchtime and everything was fully booked, we were "searched" for a table. We ate two kinds of game and the pikeperch fillet. Both extremely well and without any criticism. We were absolutely thrilled. Except for the view of the monastery pond, the ambience is a bit boring. However, there is no reason for me to deduct a point. The sympathetic and attentive service and the excellent food result in full marks. We will be back!

A very nice hotel directly opposite the Neuzelle monastery. Family atmosphere, very friendly staff. Room very spacious, tastefully decorated, clean and warm. The food was very tasty and rich. Anyone who doesn't feel comfortable here has a problem. Conclusion: a place that makes you want to stay another time. Thanks to the entire team.

We sat on the terrace with our dog. A very nice and friendly service immediately put down a bowl of water. We ordered the pikeperch fillet and schnitzel with mushrooms. The dishes tasted excellent. We were very satisfied!

Nice, pleasant atmosphere Corona hygiene was very good. The service was friendly and quick and the “SchlaubeTeller” tasted delicious 😋. Highly recommended for those who are guests in Neuzelle. 5 stars 🤩 fully deserved. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We booked a twin room in the annex at the end of August. The room was clean and well-kept ... except for the toilet bowl, which is at child height, there were no complaints! Since the weather was appropriate, we put table and chairs in front of the room in the evening and could toast my birthday with sparkling wine in the open air. The breakfast buffet was manageable. (Small cheese / sausage platter from which you were served ... a lot packed (Corona ) Coffee very tasty and the bread roll basket offers different flavors and you would definitely get it refilled. We find the solution with the small juice bottles great (better than full concentrate). We would be happy to come back .....

The competent staff and the location make every meal an event! The menu is appealing, currently supplemented with mushroom dishes. We felt very comfortable.

Delicious eaten, friendly staff. Seasonal offers a little more expensive. Still good selection. Homemade quark cake for dessert is highly recommended. (see photo) Neuzeller beer 🍻 naturally good.

The monastery complex is worth seeing. The overnight stay in the Hotel Prinz Albrecht is recommended. Friendly staff, very good excellent food, modern rooms.

As a trained chef, I can only say: hats off! The dishes we ate were a dream. It couldn't be better. Gastronomy is definitely to be recommended.

Very good food the beef tenderloin and the salmon were perfect. The service was quick and friendly, the price-performance ratio was good. A nice place to visit after visiting the monastery. We were definitely not here for the last time.

Well-kept hotel and very friendly staff. You just can't book a room with a window facing the street, because of the heavy and noisy traffic you can't sleep at night

There were four of us on a Sunday at 12:30 in the Prinz Albrecht eat. It was not very busy, so a reservation would not have been necessary. The service was very friendly, attentive and efficient. The map was very clear and the prices reasonable. A drinks menu would unfortunately not enough. Visually, the food was very well prepared. The taste was nothing missing.

Quiet and beautiful view on the lake, but bad internet

Visiting on 26 Dec 2016, having diner for the second day of Christmas, we were happy to taste good food for very reasonable prices. The service was great and attentive. If only they had had more than one vegetarian main course.
